Does your company hit the goals?

Adopt relentless execution.

Execution is more than a set of tactics. It is a discipline; a system that needs to be built into a company’s strategy, goals and culture. Ask yourself: Does my company regularly produce expected results?

In my company, we believe in ‘relentless execution.’  That phrase hangs above the whiteboard and reminds every day that nothing stands in the way of us hitting our numbers.  If there is a roadblock, a weakness, a new threat, we address it and push past it.  And we produce and exceed expected results.  You can do this, too.

Change the outcome. –Chris
