Let’s run some numbers.

Make a list of things you could do raise your revenue by 5% over the next year. Make a second list of things you could do to reduce costs/improve gross margin by 5% over the next year. Make a third list of things you can do reduce expenses by 5% over the next year. Now run the math. You will be surprised at how much net income has been created.

Change the outcome. –Chris
