What is intellectual capital? Human, customer, structural, and social. In his book, The Wealth of Knowledge, Thomas A. Stewart defined intellectual capital as knowledge assets. “Simply put, knowledge assets are talent, skills, know-how, know-what, and relationships – and machines and networks that embody them – that can be used to create wealth.”  Intangible assets account for most of a company’s value, not tangible assets.
